Isaiah 43:26
26Put Me in remembrance [remind Me of your merits]; let us plead and argue together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified (proved right).
When you pray for something once, God hears you and He answers you. You must then stand on His word by putting Him in remembrance of what it is that He’s promised you and what it is that you’ve prayed for. It’s not that God forgets, but it’s that you must be diligent and consistent. You don’t have to ask for the same thing over and over again.

Once you pray, you then thank God for what it is that you’ve prayed for by reminding Him of His Word to you. That’s what Jesus means when He says to knock and keep on knocking. To pray from the same thing more than once is unbelief. Do you believe He heard you the first time or not? What does standing on God’s Word mean? It means that you send a reminder to the Heavens and to your circumstances that God will come through and if He said it, you must believe it and that’s got to settle it.
